Its origins are deeply rooted in a historic land of tradition and know-how.
Its unique composition combines a selection of wines with the incomparable Pineau des Charentes.
Its aromatic palette is made from a base of 12 plants and spices.
Its grape brandy preserves all of the wine’s natural sweetness and the power of the plants’ aromas.
Its natural colour comes from the original colour of Pineau des Charentes
The Quintinye Vermouth Royal expertly combines white wines from the South-West of France with red or white Pineau des Charentes.
For the production of La Quintinye Blanc and Extra Dry, Pineau Blanc is combined with a selection of white wines from different grape varieties creating the canvas on which the bouquet of plants and spices will be able to best express themselves.
Similarly, La Quintinye Rouge is made from white whines and Pineau Rouge, which gives it its naturally intense red hue.
The unique use of Pineau brings an intense roundness to the perfectly balanced bitterness of the plant palette.
Chosen for their aromatic properties, 12 plants and spices elaborate the palettes of these three vermouths.
Each is then complemented with a specific blend and balance of plants and spices, with a total of 28 in La Quintinye Rouge, 18 in La Quintinye Blanc, and 27 in the Extra Dry.
