Born in the heart of the vineyards of Charente, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal
is an opulent French vermouth uniquely blending fine wines and Pineau des Charentes.
A fragrant mix of natural spices and plants complete this unique composition, making this vermouth
a welcome addition to any aperitif or classic cocktail.
Sharing the same values of excellence and spirit of
innovation, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal pays tribute
to the creator of Versailles' Kitchen gardens for Louis XIV,
born in 1624 in the Charente region.
La Quintinye Vermouth Royal blends with expertise white wines from
the South West of France and Pineau des Charentes.
This unique composition weaves a canvas on which the selected plants and
spices can forge their art.
Pineau des Charentes is a renowned fortified wine,
crafted by mixing fresh grape juice and Cognac and
aged in French Oak barrels.
This fortification process preserves all the natural
aromas and sugars of the grapes.
The unique use of Pineau des Charentes provides
roundness, fullness and intensity through its aromas,
which are perfectly balanced with the bitterness
of the plants.
Rigorously selected for their purity and aromatic properties,
12 plants and spices make up the palette shared by the range.
Each reference is then completed by a specific selection:
in total, 28 plants and spices compose La Quintinye Rouge,
18 make the Blanc and 27 are used in La Quintinye Extra-Dry.
